PR Description:

Scheduled Script Execution in ServiceNow is designed to automatically reset the bounced_email_count for active users who have exceeded a threshold

Hello @bharakm

Bounced email records get created in ServiceNow for various reasons (when the email doesn't get delivered)

It's not best practice using a script to reset to 0.
as the system again increases the count.

Hello @ravichandra1998g ,

Most time user records are created in advance without a exchange mailbox, when user is onboarded and emails sent their email is blocked. Scheduled job only unblock the active user records.

although I understand the use case, Administrators cannot review these bounced emails if all the records are reset by the script.
