PR Description:

To Provide UI action button on the parent case to close all the associated child cases.

This feature is already available OOTB.

Hi @rohi-v ,
The Servicenow docs that you've mentioned referred to the auto close cases resolved cases.
My use case is to close all the associated child cases from the parent case.

Please let me know if any additional details needed.

Hi @rohi-v
The docs you've attached refers to following use case : "Customer service cases in the Resolved state can be closed automatically if customers don’t act."
