Add type field to distinguish block themes from classic themes

Adds a type field to wp theme get and wp theme list commands that indicates whether a theme is block or classic.

Changes

• Theme_Command.php: Added type to $obj_fields array and get() method output
• ParseThemeNameInput.php: Added theme type detection in get_all_themes() using WP_Theme::is_block_theme()
• Documentation: Updated theme list command docblock to include type field
• Tests: Added scenarios for both block themes (Twenty Twenty-Four) and classic themes (Twenty Twelve)

Implementation

Uses method_exists() check before calling is_block_theme() for backward compatibility with WordPress < 5.9. Defaults to classic type.
