This is working only with Python 3.9 (64bit) version and not with latest 3.12 version. (errors related to chromadb are coming up).
And, with 3.9 verision, we have to use chromadb v0.3.29 to avoid other errors.
Also, after installing unstructured, there is an error message which says to install unstructured[pdf].
So, I've updated the readme file.
