Added meilisearch feature

Pretty often when using this boilerplate meet the need to add meilisearch so I hope someone else might have the same need and my contribution will be appreciated.

Thank you for contributing. It is good to keep this setup minimal with only the required services.
As an alternative, let's create a docs directory and place a markdown file like meilisearch.md and put a nice How-To guide to install and use the Meilisearch feature with this LAMP stack.
