Description

This pull request improves the user experience when sending messages with media attachments by allowing users to send their message using the keyboard's "Send" action or the Enter key, in addition to tapping the send button. The changes ensure that keyboard-based sending respects user preferences and that the send action is only performed when allowed.

Attempts to fix this issue. It's all about the send with enter setting. We want that to work even when attaching a file and write down a message in there.
