🔧 Changes Made

Added kafka_connector_config.json containing the configuration for Kafka → S3 Sink Connector.
Includes fields like connector class, topic name, S3 bucket name, and format class.

📌 Reason for Change

To enable streaming data from Kafka topic (orders-topic) into Amazon S3 bucket for persistent storage.

JSON syntax is valid
Config tested on local Kafka Connect setup
File added to correct directory
