Moved all files from the app and backend directories into an archive folder, preserving their structure. Also cleaned up the website project by removing Vite-related dependencies and configuration, updating scripts to use Wrangler, and making minor markdown formatting improvements.

Renamed codecov.yml and coverage.yml to archive/other for organizational purposes. No changes to file contents.
