@kiendang Not entirely sure how would sbt be missing from ubuntu-latest (it's definitely there on 24.04, as I use it in other repos), but I added it to coursier/setup-action apps attribute, just as a sanity check.

Thank you @Gedochao! I'm happy to make a release as well if you need. ScalaPy has been unmaintained for years though.
