Improve diagnostic information and small organization improvements.

  • Turn on logging for diagnose.
  • Pass correccts args to brwoser_which.
  • Update uv lock
  • Print popen args as well.
  • Disable env dump for security.
  • Make _find_chormium_browser a Chromium classmethod
  • Improve error message.
  • Make new chromium functions part of protocol.
  • Improve error messages for not found or broken browsers.
  • Add a ROADMAP.md
