Add Grafana macro support for FireQL queries.
Implemented backend macro expansion for: $timeFrom(), $_timeTo(), $interval_ms, $_unixEpochFrom()/To(), $unixEpochFromMs()/ToMs(), $_timeFilter()/ $timeFilter(), and $timeFilterMs()/ $timeFilterMs().
Added unit tests for macro expansion; moved emulator tests under an integration build tag.
Updated README with usage and examples; no breaking changes to existing queries.
