Description

This PR refactors the SecurityTokenAuth class constructor to improve clarity, type safety, and robustness.

Key improvements include:

  • Added comprehensive type hints and docstrings for parameters and return types.
  • Improved error handling for missing or invalid OCI config fields (key_file, security_token_file).
  • Streamlined optional header handling.
