Fix: prevent redirect for staging sites

Proposed changes

At the moment, if you create a site and without apply any change create a staging site, as soon as you switch to staging site Onboarding page opens, we don't expect it.
This PR prevent that this happens and avoid any redirect on onboarding page for staging sites
