Added detailed instructions on how to build and run the project using Docker.
Included commands to build the Docker image and run the container.
Updated README to help users get started quickly with Docker.
This will make it easier for contributors and users to use a consistent development environment.

Please review the Docker instructions and let me know if any changes are needed.
