Thanks you very much for your contribution. Given the small size of the code and the independence from any additional libraries, it might in fact be a good addition. I'll study the code and the PNG standard to make sure I can maintain it in the long run. |

This is implementation of built-in PNG format generator in pure C#, without any external dependencies.
Warning. I'm not going to maintain this PR and make review tweaks or fixes. In case if PR has any problem - feel free to take and change this source code without any restrictions.
