if struct name is empty then will GetQualifiedFieldName return ".SomeFieldName"?
will we need an additional check to determine if struct name is entered or not?

This updates the typechecker to use a qualified name rather than just the field name, meaning more rules (integers, nobools, nofloats) are now outputting in the qualified name format
