The original solution does not take e.g. TypedDicts or Generic BaseModels into account that where added to the master_model. I noticed this behaviour with pydantic 2.6.4.
With this change the setting, that prevents unwanted '[k: string]: any' from being added, will be directly set on the schema without manipulating the models.
