Update postgresl driver to 42.7.8

@enebo This is a side question not a PR review.

I'm a bit confused about which version jdbc-postgres currently is.

Rubygems says 42.7.8 but this repository says 42.7.7 and your PR confirms the version discrepancy.

Here are the diffs of current version

  • Any idea what could explain the version differences?
  • Does rubygems redirect to this repository incorrectly and the actual source is somewhere else?

@AlexB52 wow. This was not merged! In looking at my repo I think I somehow merged this to my own fork and not the main repo somehow. I will update version to 42.7.8.1 and release an update. Hopefully that extra number does not cause any issues.

Actually, I did something weirder. I did release 42.7.8 but created the release from my fork enebo/ and not jruby/. So this is correct with the merge but it is an odd mistake I wish I wouldn't have made. So I think I am going leave this PR as is and just click merge.

@AlexB52 Thanks for catching this as I clearly have a workflow issue to correct. I had to redo this laptop recently and I did not set this up correctly.

We assumed something along these lines where the gem was released from the PR branch. Thanks for double checking this @enebo 👍
