What change is being made?
Update @types/node from ^24.7.2 to ^24.9.1 in package.json to align TypeScript type definitions with the latest Node typings.
Why are these changes being made?
To ensure compatibility with newer Node typings and fix related type issues without altering runtime code. This keeps development typings up to date.
