Are both old and new locations synced? Or to put it that way - are artifacts still reachable through bincache.flatcar-linux.net?

That's cache content, so I did not synced old locations with new locations - but new created artifacts will be available as usual on http://bincache.flatcar-linux.net/ once the DNS switch will be done. |

In this PR, we update the path for the new bincache server to follow the path mounting logic for all instances.
