fix(cypress): memory optimizations

• Added additional logs for memory usage (cypress process and browsers tab)
• Options passed by ELECTRON_EXTRA_LAUNCH_ARGS as we use electron - https://docs.cypress.io/api/node-events/browser-launch-api?spm=a2ty_o01.29997173.0.0.6de4c9216ICjAO#Modify-Electron-app-switches
• Electron has a limitation: we can't set the memory capacity to more than 4 GB—https://www.electronjs.org/blog/v8-memory-cage. Locally tested, smaller values ​​are possible, but not larger ones.
• Tested a few times and found that cypress process takes less than 200Mb of memory. So I've reduced --max-old-space-size from 6000 to 500 for cypress process
• Don't see any good effect of --disable-dev-shm-usage --disable-gpu on memory usage. Perhaps --disable-dev-shm-usage could increase stability. For now I've added all these options
