Update vector search tutorial terminology to Couchbase 8.0 standards

Based on finalized Idea-01 terminology proposal:

Folder structure:

• fts/ -> search_based/
• gsi/ -> query_based/

Tags:

• FTS -> Search Vector Index
• GSI -> Hyperscale Vector Index, Composite Vector Index

URL paths:

• with-fts -> with-search-vector-index
• with-global-secondary-index -> with-hyperscale-or-composite-vector-index
• Added alt_paths for query_based tutorials

Titles (shifted focus to Framework/Service):

• "RAG with Couchbase and X using FTS service" -> "RAG with X and Couchbase Search Vector Index"
• "RAG with Couchbase and X using GSI index" -> "RAG with X and Couchbase Hyperscale and Composite Vector Index"

Added documentation links to vector index guides.
