Update Vector Search Tutorial Names

Shift from technical FTS/GSI terminology to marketing terminology:

• GSI (Global Secondary Index) → Couchbase Vector Search
• FTS (Full Text Search) → Couchbase Vector Search with Search

Add documentation links to Choose the Right Vector Index guide in all tutorial introductions to help users select the appropriate approach.
