Update dependencies and refactor components for new element library

Replace the old webview UI toolkit with the new elements library and refactor components accordingly. This update enhances the codebase by utilizing a different library due to the deprecation of the official Microsoft toolkit.

To do:

• Replace base API that this extension implements
• Go through each object implementation and attempt to remove the raw HTML in place of the toolkit class, or at least fix the HTML if not
