Refines the AUTH stage doc with clearer wording, updated example flow, and precise test/verification criteria.

• Docs (stage_descriptions/auth-08-ws7.md):
  • Heading/Clarity: Capitalizes heading and clarifies that successful AUTH authenticates the connection for its lifetime.
  • Example Flow: Updates example to use > AUTH default newpassword and shows post-auth commands previously failing with NOAUTH now succeeding.
  • Tests:
    • Clarifies tester flow for two clients and expected RESP outputs/errors.
    • Specifies verification criteria, including NOAUTH before auth and OK simple string on successful AUTH.
