Updated commands to include
sudofor backports repository setup.The commands for Debian are implemented similarly to Ubuntu, using
sudo.When run as the root user, the commands will execute in the same way as when run by a regular user.
Using sudo instead of the root account is considered a best practice in Linux administration.
