Labeled Stream splicer is using org instead of com as per below, please convert to travis-ci.com as org is getting deprecated in few weeks. I have used com and the jobs ran good as per below. |

Added power support for the travis.yml file with ppc64le. This is part of the Ubuntu distribution for ppc64le. This helps us simplify testing later when distributions are re-building and re-releasing.
