Two new configuration options are available for channels, ducks-chance-miss and ducks-max-cooldown.
I don't know why I thought a random would work up top. They will just be static when the script fires up lol.

Two new configuration options are available for channels, ducks-chance-miss and ducks-max-cooldown.
The ducks-chance-miss is a percent between 0 and 100. The ducks-max-cooldown can be set to anything between 5 and 30 seconds. The bot will decide a random cooldown based on that.
