This adds the comprehensive
modcommand documentation page (external/mod-command.mdx) that was missing from our fork. The upstream Bazel docs have this page documenting thebazel modcommand and its subcommands for inspecting external dependencies. The content includes the fix from upstream commit c29998f0ff05e66fde0adb1a76a4e75efd184373 which corrected an incomplete sentence about available options.Open this suggestion in the Promptless dashboard
