Adds the complete Bazel Query Language reference documentation (
query/language.mdx) that was previously missing from the docs fork but referenced in the navigation. This 1556-line reference document covers query syntax, operators, functions (including the newexecutables()function from upstream commit 88b5e33), and output formats.
