Description
The constants 'handleEdit' and 'handleRemove' were implemented using ES6 findIndex and filter functions respectively. The HTML code has been updated to include a 'Save' button which is used to save the edited array to local storage. For usability purposes the constants 'toggleEditMode' and 'handleEditFieldChange' were also implemented.

Motivation and Context
The change enables the application to edit and delete tasks that have been added.
How Has This Been Tested?
The changes were tested by manually inputting dummy data and calling the functions through the use of buttons. They were tracked through inspection using the console on the web page.
