Description of changes:
For users that do not have permissions to create new IAM Roles and Policies, the stack deployment would fail. This change adds a new deployment template for Lambda (deployment/BedrockProxy-ExistingRole.template) that allows the user to specify an existing Role ARN when deploying the stack and use that role for Lambda instead of creating new ones.
Added 1 line in the README.md file to list this new deployment option.
