fix: messages package

This PR fixes two issues in the messages package:

• Resolved an interface mismatch involving RCSCreateCalendarEventSuggestion. Fields are now aligned with the correct parameter names (startTime, endTime), to ensure the class implements the updated interface.

• Updated the RCS test dataset to match the actual payload generated by the SDK, fixing the timestamp values.
