Auto Assign by Priority

This Business Rule automatically assigns incidents to groups based on their priority.

  • Priority 1 → Network Support
  • Priority 2,3,4 → Helpdesk

Useful for automating incident routing and reducing manual work.

Hello @varshh-ds

It looks like this PR only contains only a script file. A valid PR should contain both script and Readme file (explaining what the code does)

Also, please do not submit low effort PRs.

At Hactoberfest, we are aiming for high quality contributions that are suitable for open source.

You can see some of the recently merged PRs to know the kind of code snippets we are aiming for.

Please contribute different use cases/contexts that are suitable for Hactoberfest?
