Added a validation to verify that 'someVariable' value is not null , so that the Block functionality works smoothly

In block_submit.js I have added Validation for 'someVariable', So that a null value is not passes in the condition

Hello @rashmi269

On Submit validations are usually done on fields that are mandatory before submitting.

So the field mandatory validation can be done by making the field/variable mandatory without the code.
