Ui action to kill flow timers

PR Description:

This pr contains a ui action for flow context [sys_flow_context] to open a ui page in a glidemodal that shows all timers that the flow is waiting for with the capability to select which timer/s to kill. There is a file for the ui action script and another for the ui page html and scripts
