Thank you for your contribution. The code looks good; however, could you consider expanding on it a bit? You might add a few more examples, refine your use case to include additional scenarios, or explore if there’s a more efficient way to achieve the same outcome.

We truly appreciate the time and effort you’ve put into this contribution.

For Hacktoberfest, our goal is to encourage high-quality submissions that showcase real-world developer use cases.
(Note: Code snippets directly taken from ServiceNow documentation or API references are welcome only if they include additional context, variations, or practical applications.)

At this time, we won’t be merging this PR since it’s a standard GlideRecord example for fetching incident records — similar examples already exist in the ServiceNow Community. You can review some of the recently merged PRs to get a better idea of the type of submissions we’re looking for.

Please feel free to reopen or submit a new PR after enhancing it with more dynamic context or use cases that better align with our open-source goals.
