PR Description:
This pull request introduces a client script that automatically suggests and fills in the correct Category, Subcategory, and Priority fields on the Incident form based on keywords in the description. So ,When someone types a short description, the script looks for keywords and suggests the best values for these fields. The user can accept or ignore these suggestions.
This helps make sure incidents are categorized correctly and faster. It uses ServiceNow's built-in tools .
This Script avoids complicated or risky methods and follows best practices, so it works well for real ServiceNow users.
