Added a Business Rule that automatically adds a tag (label_entry) to the incident record if the Additional Comments were updated by the caller. If someone else updates the record (e.g., a fulfiller), the tag is removed. This logic helps highlight caller-initiated updates and supports better triage and reporting of caller engagement.
