Update Field Based on Another Table’s Data

My first submission to 2025 Hacktoberfest.
the basic use case of the script is:
Let’s say you want each incident record to store the caller’s department, but this info is only on the user profile.
This script pulls it from the user and updates all related incident records.

• Reserved names like CON, PRN, AUX, NUL, COM1-9, LPT1-9 - not allowed on Windows
• Invalid characters: < > : " | ? * or control characters

Please rename these files/folders to be compatible with all operating systems.
