Add BABS to Additional Associated Tools

@asmacdo also the imaging neuroscience paper: https://doi.org/10.1162/imag_a_00074 @juliebates Regarding the core tool question, according to my meeting notes from 7/29/25, I thought DK said BABS was not yet a Core Tool, but should be confirmed or refuted by @dnkennedy @dnkennedy So, IMHO, BABS and NiPoppy solve very similar problems (@jbpoline or others should correct me if I'm incorrect). Nipoppy is claimed as a core tool, and has a nice tutorial associated with it (https://repronim.org/resources/tutorials/nipoppy/).

My feeling is to call BABS an Associated tool (or whatever that sub list is called), and see if we can generate a parallel tutorial "Streamlining Neuroimaging Processing with BABS", and these can then be 2 ways for users to deal with "Reproducible neuroimaging principles: 3. Software management."

We (well, I at least) still need to know better when a user comes to us and says 'they want to do software management better (in the ReproNim way)' what do we need to know about them in order to recommend Tool1 or Tool2.

Anyway, that's my 2 cents.

I guess my temporary solution to what is or isn't a Core tool is if it has a nice, working, 'easy enough for the qualified person to do' tutorial associated with it. But this can be discussed further. </comment_new>
