Closing this PR as it duplicates PR #267 (which was opened first for the same issue #256). As @anth-volk noted in an earlier comment, the pyproject.toml migration should be consolidated into a single effort. The versioning and CI integration challenges with pyproject.toml are non-trivial and would benefit from a fresh approach when the team is ready to prioritize this. Thank you @noman404 for the contribution effort! |
