Fix some minor issues.

Modification

1. Enhance build reliability by adding explicit detection for the GNU gold linker with clear error messages, while ensuring Windows (MSVC) builds are handled correctly
2. Update dependencies to leverage improvements in xgrammar v0.1.27
3. Resolve a dangling reference warning by correcting a forwarding reference issue in the macro implementation
