Added tools for mathematical operations and water consumption calculations.
Added logic to handle tool calling in user_message_stream, allowing direct streaming of final answers to the user.

Come richiesto ho aggiunto il mockup con l'implementazion dentro il knowledge manager per la gestione del tool calling. Come tool al momento ci sono due tool di controllo che realizzano operazioni semplice di addizione e moltiplicazione e poi due tool specifici per l'implementazione che rispondono a domande del tipo
Ho modificato anche il Guru per far si che quando riconosce l'utilizzo del tool (attraverso l'intestazione della risposta) non rielabori il messaggio (questo perché capitava spesso che lo rielaborasse e omettesse la risposta corretta anche se il tool calling era stato eseguito correttamente).
