### `npx quorum-dev-quickstart` is not working on Linux

When `npx quorum-dev-quickstart` is executed, it may run without any prompts or errors. When checked the npm log, you may find the following entry like:

```

The error code 127 typically indicates that `tsc` or `eslint` command was not found. To resolve this, ensure that both tsc and eslint are installed
