What dts properties or something can generate CONFIG_DT_HAS_xxx_device_ENABLED=y ?

I'm building a custom driver, I want to use

depends on DT_HAS_xxx_device_ENABLED

conditions, what will instructs its generation? I didn't get one in my .config

I defined dts/luat,modem-cellular-air780.yml

set compatible string:

enabled driver in boards overlay

generated zephyr.dts got

But there is no DT_HAS_LUAT_MODEM_CELLULAR_AIR780_ENABLED macro
