Merge tag 'v1.0.1' into develop

Version 1.0.1

This release is for #79 which
removed every panic in normal logic except one during initialization.
Plus some errcode updates; some errcodes are removed (and technically
breaking change), but as Tencent can be expected to *usually* not do
this to codes actually in use, breakage should be minimal. Just notice
us if you get bitten.
