Commit time is not correct

The commit time of some of the commits is not correct, I found this bug existed for a long time, even on the Git Blame 1.3.0.
Hope you guys can fix it as soon as possible.

I have this issue to, I believe it's a issue with time zones.
According to git log, I did commit A at Fri Nov 25 13:28:04 2016 +0100, and the current time is Sat Nov 26 13:07:35 2016 +0100. However, according to the extension commit A happened today.

Update: I checked it at Sat Nov 26 13:55:16 2016 +0100 and it says yesterday. So it seems that it's just checking if there is an 24 hour difference instead of checking if it was yesterday.

Hi, should be resolved by #25 , it will show hours instead 'today' string
