Implement host key rotation and starting/stopping meetings

Zoom API is really stupid: there's no way to narrow down the list of meetings to e.g. only the recent ones. Also the recordings API doesn't share the recording password 😫. To mitigate the latter I've turned off passwords for recording access on the account. To mitigate the former I'll just get all meetings at once.
