Broken publish workflow

New GH releases are not publish automatically. Looks like the npm token is expired.

That pipeline only runs after a release has been created manually, so that needs to happen first. But then we also need to fix the token. I will open a PR to move towards trusted publishing that will resolve this.

I also expect that 13.15.22 will be released on npm tomorrow
